Panelized Building Systems are not a new concept.  Sears & Roebuck offered panelized homes in their catalogs back in the early 1900′s.  American Home Source has been distributors of custom panelized building systems since 1994.  Since then we have helped many owner-builder customers realize their dream of  building their dream home.  Our clients have a lot to say about the quality of the panelized building system we have provided and also the fantastic service we performed on their behalf.

American Home Source can assist the Owner Builder as a consultant or site supervisor.  We also have design build services available where we can take your ideas put them down on a set of plans and complete the project for you.  You don’t have to worry about a thing, we will take care of getting the plans approved at the planning office, hiring the sub-contractors and making sure you are having the house built to your specifications.  Browse through our website and find answers to most questions you might have in regards to building using our panelized building system.

American Home Source was founded in 2003 by Paul Schabow and Daryl Overlock.  They wanted to provide a easier way for owner-builders to build their Dream Home.  American Home Source originally represented a panelized home company in Washington then after that they represented Nelson Home out of Lloydminster, Alberta Canada.

American Home Source prides it self of taking care of their customers needs and making sure they are completely happy with our building systems and the other services we provide.  Pacific Modern Homes really fits that bill for our California customers.  They have the same philosophy about customer service and they also understand the sometimes complicated California Building Code since most of the homes they build are in California.

American Home Source now offers complete general contractor services.  Because of this license they can now offer complete turnkey services to those clients without the time and expertise to build their dream home themselves.  American Home Source can take your project from conceptual stage, through design,to build and then hand you the keys when the project is complete.
